HEBEI-On June 12, Debont, in conjunction with Quzhou Experimental Station of Agricultural University of China, held a special "Seeder Performance Comparison Demonstration Meeting" in Wangzhuang Village, Quzhou County, Handan, Hebei Province.

This demonstration is under Debont’s proposal of "conducting a performance comparison test between a new type of zero-tillage planter and a traditional planter", putting forward by Zhang, the head of Quzhou Experimental Station. Debont 1405 high-performance zero-tillage planter is specially arranged as a prototype, by Debont General Manager Miao, Big customer director Sun Zong. Director Li of Quzhou Rural Agricultural Bureau and Director Fan was in charge of agricultural machinery demonstrated the performance of the planter on the spot, and compared the performance of the planter with that of the traditional planter in details.

Because of the difference of planting principle, the traditional planter will destroy the surface of the soil to a certain extent. If the seeds are not watered in time after sowing, it is easy to cause the lack of seedlings due to water shortage during germination.

Debont’s zero-tillage planter, when operating, uses disc cutting soil fertilization and sowing, which has little damage to the soil surface, and is conducive to preserving soil moisture, as well as having high planting accuracy, the same planting depth, and can complete the processes of deep fertilizer application, straw cutting and cleaning, seed bed preparation, sowing ditching, single seed sowing, mouth fertilizer application, extrusion covering and heavy pressing at one time.It is much more efficient than the traditional seeder.

After on-site operation demonstration and performance comparison, the participants had a more comprehensive understanding and in-depth understanding of the advantages of Debont's new high-performance zero-tillage planter.
