HARBIN-A signing ceremony between Debont Corp. and Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University IUR（industry-university-research）comprehensive base was held in Beidahuang International Hotel,Harbin city, November 3. Wang Jinman, vice president of Bayi Agricultural University and Liu Hanwu,the chairman of Debont Corp. ,signed the Cooperation Agreement.

Liu Hanwu introduced development, strategy and technical requirements of Debont, as well as advanced manufacturing and resource integration advantages. He also said that Bayi Agricultural University rooted in reclamation area, relied on Daqing and Longjiang city, provided modern agriculture services to the whole country. The school relies on the strength of a solid academic and scientific research resources. It trained a large number of talents. The construction of the base is based on the principle of sharing resources and complementing each other's advantages. The two sides carry out deeper cooperation in teaching and scientific research to realize mutual benefits and win-win results and give better feedback to the community.

Vice President Wang Jinman said that Bayi Agricultural University has been transformed into teaching and research universities. Collaborative innovation with community, business entities and scientific research institutes  is the focus of school. Debont linked with the world’s agricultural machinery and business. It is a very good research environment. The school focus on the basis and actual practical abilities.

The two sides could build a undergraduate practice teaching base, select undergraduates from agricultural machinery, and electronic information majors to practice internship training, and furthermore, outstanding undergraduates could be recommended to the enterprise .

Since the year 2015, Debont has been cooperating with Bayi Agricultural University on aspects of R & D agricultural machinery and equipment, introduction of technical talents, and discipline constructions. The strategic cooperation will be upgraded and the two sides will strengthen cooperation in such aspects as training of high-end talents, declaration of major scientific research projects, cooperation in research and development, transformation of achievements and construction of scientific research platforms to jointly promote the development of China's smart agricultural machinery industry.
