CHANGCHUN-Ministry of Agriculture organized the Field Meeting of Stalks Treatment in Northeast China in Changchun city,Shen Yang province,Oct 13.During the meeting, Li Weiguo, director of the Department of Agricultural Mechanization Management, led all the participants to Nong'an County to inspect the mechanization of stalk returning to fields for field operations.
